The small print
Registration
Bookings are only accepted using the registration form, which has to be duly completed, signed and sent to HFF by fax or post. No other means of registration will be accepted. A confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by e-mail.
Payment
The fee has to be paid on receipt of the invoice by HFF Film & Television University "Konrad Wolf". The participation fee includes the lectures and seminar material as well as catering (coffee breaks, lunches and dinners to a great extent), transportation during the symposium and access to the non-public INSIGHT OUT online forum.
Accommodation
We offer to book a room for you at Hotel Mercure in Potsdam for a rate of approximately € 75 per night in a single room including breakfast. HFF undertakes to only reserve the hotel room on your behalf. Payment for the hotel room and any additional charges incurred (e.g. cancellation charges) are your sole responsibility. The bus shuttle will start and end at this hotel.
Cancellation
Cancellation will only be accepted in written form at least 3 weeks prior to course commencement to avoid the following cancellation fees: 8 to 21 days prior to commencement: 50% of course fee, 1 to 7 days prior to commencement: 100% of course fee. Substitute participants will be accepted at any time. If the participant does not attend the workshop without informing HFF ("no show"), the full participation fee has to be paid.
Course cancellation
In case of force majeure or too few registrations, HFF reserves the right to cancel the course and to refund the full course fee.
Personal information / data protection
By signing the application, you agree that your contact details will be given to the EU's MEDIA Programme representatives, to experts and fellow participants of INSIGHT OUT. Personal information given in your application form will be used by INSIGHT OUT for contact purposes only and will not be given to third parties (except the above mentioned individuals). You can access and rectify the data by contacting us in writing.
